Originally from Rochester, NY, Tara Jeanne is an accomplished Choreographer, Teacher and Performer based in New York City. In the summer of 2008, her choreography was seen on Broadway in Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy, after 2 years of a successful National Tour. Her work was recently featured in DanceBreak 2010, a highly selective industry event, whose mission is to "showcase the next generation of great Broadway choreographers". Ms. Vallee has choreographed regional productions of Triumph of Love (Olney Theatre), They're Playing Our Song (Surflight), and Christmas Dreams (Palace Theatre, Branson). NYC productions include She Can't Believe She Said That (NYMF 08) and The Sphinx Winx (Algonquin Theatre). Her live event/industrial choreography includes work for Qwest Communications and Family Counseling Services, as well as choreography for the youngArts/NFAA programs in NYC, Breakthrough (Ziegfeld Theatre) and Body and Soul (37 Arts). Tara Jeanne served as Associate Choreographer and Assistant Director on Olney Theatre Center's Camelot, and has worked as an Assistant on 42nd Street (Goodspeed), Singin in the Rain (Goodspeed), and The Music Man National Tour. As a performer, she is a Two Time World Tap Champion and performed at the Town Hall in the NY Tap Extravaganza honoring Gregory Hines. Tara Jeanne has danced in National Tours of The Music Man (Dance Capt), My Fair Lady (Dance Capt), and Footloose, and regional productions of The Music Man(NCT) and White Christmas (Denver Ctr). She is on the Guest Faculty for Shock, the Intensive and has written articles for Dancer magazine. Ms. Vallee currently resides in NYC. Check out pieces of her work on youtube.com!!

Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, Matthew Hamel received his BS in Psychology and Theatre and has been working as a professional for over 15 years in live theater as well as film, television and radio. He is an award winning Director, receiving the Best Director award for his work on Knave of Hearts in NYC's Strawberry One Act Festival. Other directing credits include: They're Playing Our Song at Surflight Theatre, Footloose (Direction and Choreography) at Fordham University, and the Showcase/Reading of Utah's Crying a new rock musical making it's official debut in the coming months. Mr. Hamel recently directed the live performance at the NFAA 25th Anniversary Gala in Miami featuring Vanessa Williams, Roy Hargrove, Mikhail Baryshnikov, and others. In addition to directing over 10 shows as Resident Director of the New York Dinner Theatre, Matthew has also served as Associate Director for the Off-Broadway performances of Breakthrough 2007, A New Generation of youngArts, and Body and Soul. Also as Associate or Assistant Director: The Who's Tommy European Tour, Cirque Dreams in Atlantic City, Qwest industrial and Christmas Dreams, a holiday spectacular in Branson, MO. As a performer: National/International Tours of Footloose, The Musical (Ren), The Best of Webber and Broadway (Featured Vocalist), My Fair Lady (Dance Captain), The Music Man (Swing, Asst. Dance Captain), Radio City Christmas Spectacular (Grand Ole Opry/Nashville). Favorite regional credits: Cabaret at Arkansas Rep., and West Side Story at Trinity Repertory in Providence, and many other productions in houses across America. Matthew currently resides in NYC with his wife and artistic collaborator, Tara Jeanne and son, Aidan.
