• Collaboration is what it’s all about. Our production team feels free to bring their ideas to the table, but come prepared for the challenge to raise the bar. A good working rapport increases productivity and ingenuity on all levels.
  
  
• Creativity has nothing to do with small casts or small budgets. We have worked under every constraint- time, money, diva attitudes (what, not in theatre!) – and continue to rise above
  
  
• Knowledge gained by working in all aspects of the business helps us to deal with any problems that may arise in production...and they always seem to!
  

Our style of work is such that all involved feel challenged, not stressed. We will push to get what we want creatively while still gaining and keeping the trust and respect of the entire team, from lighting designer and backstage dresser to producer and onstage performers. Everyone feels confident that the end result will be spectacular, and Artistic TM never fails to deliver!
